The Healing Sea

Published by jodapoet at 1:46 pm under Poetry, Writing Edit This

The video above is titled The Healing Sea.  I wish I could say it were mine but it was created by my dear friend and fellow poet/photographer - Colleen Breuning.  You can check out her website at http://www.blueturtlecrossing.com

This video is a montage of her photography and poetry and captures the essence of the sea.  It’s beautiful, inspiring and delicately presented.  Enjoy!

wow, wow a lovely video, wish i know how to make video too, but then, i may not be able to write a poem :( the pictures are great too, and i love the music.

thanks for sharing. i love the sea, in sorrow, i go to the sea to seek refuge and peacefulness, in times of happiness, i go to the sea to celebrate. the waves just bring so much power to me, i may love wandering in the desert and mountains, but i would always long for the sea. the poem you shared is just so perfect regarding the essence of the sea.

This makes me cry. I would love to be there as I really miss the sea big time. I haven’t swam in the sea for nearly twenty years. IT IS A LOVELY CREATION AND I WISH YOUR FRIEND MANY NEW CREATIONS TO COME. Thanks so much for sharing it with us.
