McSame & Failin - Same old, Same old

Published by jodapoet at 7:53 am under Writing, politics Edit This

With only three days left I have to admit that I’m excited over the fact that Obama will be taking up residency in the white house and bringing change to this country at a time when we need more than ever someone who understands our problems, has policies in place to fix those problems and genuinely cares about America.  I am also afraid that if McSame and Failin pull off an upset that we will all be paying the price for a very long time.  We don’t need another Bush and I’m afraid that McCain is just as bad if not worse.  I’ve yet to really understand any of his policies because he’s been too busy attacking Obama and his policies.  This is a man who in the 21st century doesn’t even know how to send an email.  This is also someone who wants to freeze spending except for the military and defense.  What does that tell you?  The reason we’re in this financial crisis, among others is the fact that we’re spending trillions of dollars in Iraq - and for what?  Haven’t enough lives been shed?  Believe me when I say a vote for McCain is a vote for the same.  The same old Bush policies and failures.  Do you really want four more years of Bush?  Think about it!

Obama won me over after I read his first two books and then watch Hillary lose with very bad form.

I hear ya. He won me over years ago when he first spoke at the Democratic convention. I knew then he was Presidential material. I’ve never read his books, I’ll have to grab a copy. Thanks for commenting.
