Tweet! Tweet!
I checked out Twitter when I first began blogging about two months ago. I perused the website and did not have a clue as to what it was all about nor what it would do for me so I never joined. Recently the Today.com community decided to get together and join so I revisited and signed up.
There are two major aspects to Twitter that I love. One, it is like a world wide instant messaging service. It is a community of people chatting, sharing their blogs and just hanging out and making friends. While I also enjoy Myspace, Twitter has a much more intimate feel. And, it’s so easy to use.
Secondly, I am in love with Twitterfeed. The ability to have your blog posts automatically updated on twitter each time you blog makes me a very happy tweeter. I can instantaneously see my friend’s blog posts as they are posted. It’s amazing and an invaluable tool for anyone who blogs.
Plus they are based in San Francisco and I love that little bird. How can you not like a community named Twitter, with an adorable bird logo and lingo that tweets.
